Sometimes women go through menopause not as a natural phenomenon but rather as a result of a sudden drop in the levels of their androgens and oestrogens. Compared to the early natural menopause which is very much gradual the surgical menopause is very sudden. As a result it leads to the development of several symptoms like vaginal dryness, migraine headaches, depression, sexual dysfunction, fatigue and hot flashes.
