Lignans (Flaxseed) are phytoestrogens with estrogenic or anti-estrogenic activity. Progesterone combination?

Curious.. would flax seeds and progesterone cancel eachother out or help eachother in the process? If not, what are the best herbs to combine with progesterone? (Already adding l arginine) xxx
