When you suffer from a disease, having conflicting information on how to cure it is very frustrating and annoying. For example yogurt. Some books recommend live yogurt and some advice against (I even eat cottage cheese which is ok by some books and I’m fine with this). On my articles, I recommend that for a better result of your candida treatment, you should stay away from yogurt, at least until you get better. But I myself, I do take yogurt, but I do feel good and have no side effects.
