The other day when I had gone for a routine medical checkup, I noticed a group of women in their 50’s chit chatting in the reception area. They were waiting for their turn. Their topic of conversation revolved around many things like children’s education, jobs, marriages, husband’s and finally halted at their health. I saw no harm in joining the conversation by saying a few ‘ayes’.
At the first signs of symptoms a woman will find herself asking: is there a bacterial vaginosis cure? A new study that offers tips on staying healthy finds that middle-aged women that enjoy moderate amounts of alcohol have a higher chance of staying healthy (and happy) as they age than those who don’t drink. The protection seems most effective if the consumption of alcohol is spread over the week, rather than if the drinking is conducted over short space of time i.e. a weekend, which showed no protective affect.
