Pueraria Mirifica and testosterone levels I’m getting 1000 mg of pueraria mirifica a day along with saw palmetto. That’s not a problem for me, but I just want to figure out why this is happening. I think that my drop is produced by the PM, so it will not only affect the estrogen levels, but also the androgens. What do you think? Many men are using only SP to treat hair loss and they are not experiencing a drop in libido since it is lighter than finasteride. In the last weeks I’m experiencing a drop in libido. It would mean a decrease in androgens level, but PM would not do that. I read that PM will not affect testosterone levels, it only raises estrogens due to miroestrol, a substance similar to the estriol. So, why am I having a drop in libido? Yes, I’m taking SP which is an anti-DHT, but it is a light antiandrogen, it only decreases a part of DHT, not the testosterone.
