There are yeast infection herbal remedies available for the taking. The “candidate” is a very potent herbal remedy and is best taken in tincture form. It has been extracted from the bark of a Pau d’arco tree in South America, and its anti-fungal properties are manifested when, under the humid environment of the rainforest where this tree thrives, no mold, mildew or fungus grows on its bark. The bark consists of Lapachol and beta-lapachone, as well as calendula officinalis and lemon grass – all of which have not just antibacterial but anti-fungal properties as well.
