If you have had ovarian cysts in the past and for some reason had to have a hysterectomy operation as well, I can understand that you are reluctant to believe that it is possible to get ovarian cysts after the surgical removal of your uterus. In fact it is not that surprising since cysts usually develop on your ovaries. Also, removing one part of your reproductive system does not mean that it will become completely out of order so to speak.
