A lot of people, maybe most, haven’t even heard of endometriosis. In a lot of ways it is hard to really understand what it is and even harder for people to get what having this disease can do to a patient’s life. It can be difficult for even the most articulate patient to effectively communicate how devastating endometriosis can be on one’s life and ability to function.
