A 28-year-old database administrator can’t really say how long she has been having candida overgrowth syndrome. What she remembers is she started to gain weight and crave sugary things when she was eight after a course of antibiotics. Over the past five years, she has developed IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) like symptoms, like cold hands and feet. More recently, she has become wheat intolerance and gained more weight. Occasionally, she also has mind fogginess and sinusitis.
